Since 2021, Mille HK Limited.

Mille HK Limited is a bakery that only makes mille-feuilles. It is difficult to focus on only one product in this everchanging generation.
We persist, because of our belief in mille-feuille being exceptional.
By and by, afresh and anew, balancing the sweetness with only the best ingredients for our one of a kind mille-feuille.
This shall be ample.
Without alternatives, Mille HK just wants to share the most genuine mille-feuille, bringing extraordinary harmony to your life.
For this, we will continue to persist.

緣起

一專，是一間只賣千層餅的餅店。

現今世代，要堅持只專一做一件事殊不容易。

如此選擇，是因為我們對千層餅的愛就是如此專一不可移。

一次又一次，嘗試再嘗試，在甜度之中尋平衡、為做出最酥脆的餅底而千嘗萬試，選用上乘的食材⋯⋯一步一步做出我們的千層餅。
